can this be a cleansing juce

Hi I would like to try the cleansing juices and would like info on them ....also I like to know if V8 would work..as one thank you Sunshine

V8 and other commercial juices are not the best options for cleansing. These juices are heated and processed so that they can sit for a long period of time on store shelves. This destroys many of the nutrients, enzymes, and other components and renders a more or less “dead” product. The best option is to buy a quality juicer and comprehensive book on juicing. Raw juices need to be consumed in a relatively short period of time. I suggest a book because different combinations of juices are appropriate for different purposes. I would also strongly suggest purchasing organic vegetables since these do not contain harmful residues and are generally found to have higher nutritional content.
