new question:

I did my cleanse..and decided for me personally I do not want to maintain this permanently (as in every other day maintenance dose) simply because I might not be able to keep up with dietary/water requirements. But I do want to take my dosage every now and then..at RANDOM times. Just for one day sporadically. Is this safe?

Yes this is safe, but you may not continue to see the results that you have obtained.

In order to ensure that you continue to be completely clean you would have to eat only live, raw fruits and vegetables, and continue to eliminate the intake of all toxins in the body. This means you would also need to drink only purified water and eat only raw seeds, fruits and vegetables. Because the Standard American Diet (SAD) is so poor and because most people find it difficult to follow a healthy diet we believe that you will continually have to cleanse and keep the whole intestinal lining clean. Therefore, we recommend a continued maintenance dose every other evening.

Remember that keeping the intestinal tract clean allows the whole body to function optimumly. We believe that when the digestive becomes sluggish and/or impacted that the body is more prone to health concerns.
