Hi,

I recently went over and spent 10 months in Mexico. while I was there I got very sick (as most do) with diarrhoea and cramps for a week or more, so i went to the doctors where they gave me the biggest antibiotic I had ever seen. It was Cipro XR 1gram, and I took one a day for 5 days. This cleared up my symptoms, but I did not know to take any probiotics or anything like that so i didn't. A few months later i began to wake up and find that deep in my lower intestine and bowels I was gurgling and bubbling, lots. At one point I began to get diarrhoea again and so went to the doctor. this time they gave me Cipro XR again, this time for 7 days. this did not help my symptoms at all and i felt worse. Then i began taking probtioics and green barley powder and psyllium husks. These helped somewhat, but i could never rid myself completely of these symtpoms.

Now I am home and I still suffer from this gurgling, I have no pain, it is mainly an annoying problem and I end up with some gas which can be embarrasing. I have been taking a natural worming formula which contains Clove, Black Walnut anf Wormwood, which seemed to help a little (I figured that worms are very common in Mexico), however I still suffer from these bubbles, several times a day. My symptoms worsen if i drink aswell, which i have not done very much recently.

What is happening with me? :(

Hi James

Not knowing your complete health history, it is difficult to know exactly what may be going on. I would suggest that you do the following (some of which you are already doing):

1) Complete digestive tract/parasite cleanse with Oxy-Powder, Super-Phos 30 and Paratrex™. Then go to the maintenance program.

2) Latero-Flora - Probiotic.

3) Zymitol Enzymes

4) Drink half of your weight in ounces of distilled water with organic apple cider vinegar added every day. 1 teaspoon per 16 ounces of water.

I would suggest that you stop the psyllium husks for a while. The scraping action can sometimes irritate the intestinal lining. Continue on your green drink and eat healthy. Eliminate dairy and sugar.

5) Walk for 20 minutes every day in the sunshine. (no sunscreen and no sunglassed).
