Black seed (Black Cumin)

What is the best way to take Black seed? Should I take it as capsule form, with seed in it, the Capsule oil or just oil? I want to get the best benefit from it. Also could you recommend a good brand?

Due to its long history of use, Black cumin has been taken in different forms throughout the various regions in which it has been used. It appears that many of the active constituents are contained in the oil and that this may be the most effective way to use it. Depending on preference, you can either take the oil directly or in a capsule. There are also preparations using the seed which can be applied topically and in which the seed is simply ground up. If you want to take advantage of the vitamins, minerals, or protein you would need to consume the entire seed. Whichever way you choose, an organic source is best and oils should not use high heat or chemical solvents for extraction.
