benefits of air/water purification as re: to breast cancer

Hi. My name is Jessica and I am 37. I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on whether air and water purifiers were any help to someone with an (heriditary) risk of developing breast cancer. Both my mother and grandmother have had it, my mother fortunetely beating it. I want to do whatever I can to prevent both breast cancer and any other types of cancer, but am just starting my research. Would getting the GHC air and water purifiers be of any benefit to me in this regard or in any other areas of health?

I am a colon cancer survivor and yes, cleaning up your environment is an absolute must in order to keep in good health. I have both of the air purifiers that GHC offers and they are great!

Water is also very important and I would certainly recommend going with a good under-the-counter system as well as a shower filter. A 15 minute hot shower is the same as taking in 6-7 glasses of tap water. Chlorine is a known cancer-causing agent. You will see and feel the difference in your skin and your hair with a good shower filter.

I also have the ozone machine that GHC offers. You can read up on ozonated water and the benefits of using it.

I also want to commend you about being concerned about your health at such an early age. Remember that prevention is much easier than actually dealing with a disease. Good for you!
