THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
1. Apply 1 teaspoon of No-Paine and 1 teaspoon of DMSO to the whole knee area. Rub into the knee until dry.
2. Do PNF stretches and then active release of the Hamstrings, TFL and Gastrocs. You should also have a Chiropractor to adjust the lower spine.
3. Take 2000mg of MSM 3 times daily before meals. For a total of 6000mg of MSM taken daily.
4. Exercise in water at least 3 times weekly.
5. Drink at least 64 ounces of purified water daily. It it best to add a capful of organic raw apple cider vinegar to each glass of water.
