Apple Cider Vinegar

Hello,

I have read that apple cider vinegar taken with water can help with depression. What do you think?

Are ACV tablets as effective as the liquid form?

If you think it's good, do you have a brand to advise?

I think it can help with depression because it is high in minerals. I do not think the tablets are effective. We only recommend Organic Liquid Apple Cider Vinegar. Braggs and Spectrum brands are good.
