I'm looking forward to changing some eating habits and really focus on improving my life quality. I'm interested incorporating raw food principles (lots of fruit, lots of veggies, little to no meat and no starches) and just also cleansing my body inside and out..
I want to lose weight and feel better about myself and enjoy the great life I have.. So in the end I hope this is a start of a good life process.
