Altenative to Warfarin

I am 35 years old. I have IHSS. 14 years ago I had a myomectomy and valve replacement (with plastic St. Jude valve). Since then I have been on warfarin which is very toxic. I am looking for a safe alternative, naturally. I am also looking for a great natropathic cardiologist/general in California. Any ideas?
