Acid Reflux & Gall Bladder Problems

Postby beckers198 on Wed Mar 16, 2005 10:13 am

About 2 months ago I went to Med Express with pains in my right side that continued around into my lower back. I also had this weird cramping like pain in my chest. Well the doctor told me he suspected I had GERD/acid reflux and that I was having gall bladder attacks.

This coming week I have to go have tests done to verify that I have GERD and to see if my gall bladder is working properly. My question is, what is the relation between having GERD or acid reflux and having gall bladder problems?

Any info is GREATLY appreciated :)

Hi

GERD and Gall Bladder Attacks can have the same symptoms.

Whichever it should be, please be sure to educate yourself thoroughly before deciding upon treatment.

GERD, Gallbladder

Gallbladder attacks can be caused by gallstones. Using natural methods gallstones can be eliminated using a gallbladder flush. GERD has also been successfully controlled with natural things such as calcium orotate, Organic apple Cider Vinegar, diet changes and Chiropractic care.

Thanks for the replies! Today I had my x-rays and ultra sound done to find out for sure what the problem is.

It's odd that you mention the apple cider vinegar. I was talking to my mother about my problems and she said as well that if you drink some of that every day that it can keep your acid reflux under control. However, most people wouldn't voluntarily drink that, but there are pills that you can take that have the apple cider vinegar in it. So that's something I wasn't aware of.

Thanks again for your replies!
