What
To Do In Case of a Biological Attack

Since the announcement by our
government that all U.S. citizens should be on extreme
alert for a possible attack by terrorists, I have
been asked to put together some recommendations
of what I feel would be necessary to survive such
an attack. While I do not desire to instill fear
or panic, I do feel that it is necessary to be prudent
and to exercise common sense.
1) Education: Be
familiar with and educate yourself about the kind
of agents that could be used. Do research on smallpox,
anthrax and chemical agents.
2) Have purified
water on hand. An important product for water
purification to have on hand is Oxygenator. Oxygenator
is a halogenating chlorine dioxide product in
which one drop will sterilize multiple gallons
of water. Even if the water systems, lakes or
water supplies are contaminated you can still
use or collect water from a local stream or pond
and sterilize the water with the Oxygenator product. In
case of the use of anthrax or the use of smallpox,
it is also a very powerful anti-bacterial and
anti-viral. This should be used in combination
with a silver solution and also in combination
of high-powered Oregano Oil. All three of these
substances working together are very fast acting
anti-microbials. In most cases, a combination
of these products will effectively and rapidly
eliminate 90% of all biological agents. These
agents have not been tested on Ebola, but the
majority of substances they will neutralize.
3) It is a
good idea to set aside one room (Safety Room) in
your house which you know that you can breathe pure,
clean air. This room should contain air ionization
systems and a hepa-filtration system available through
Global Healing Center. In the case of a biological
attack your family can move into this room and the
negative ions emitted from the negative ion generators
will neutralize the majority of the biological agents
and, for that matter, any gaseous or chemical agents
would also be neutralized.
4) Place ferns in
your Safety Room. Plants will also pick up negative
toxicity.
5) Have a radio with
fresh batteries so you can keep in touch with the
local news.
6) Full
Spectrum Lighting. Full Spectrum Lamp. If
there is no electricity then a flash light (batteries)
or candles (matches) would be necessary.
7) Good supply
of nutritious food (nuts, seeds, grains,
Perfect Food) food for pets, books to read, blankets
and pillows for comfort and warmth. Make sure that
you get candles that have cotton wicks so that there
is no lead contamination.
8) If you have
the capabilities of purchasing a gas mask,
this could also be used. Purchase from Army Surplus
Store.
9) In the case
of an explosion or any type of radioactivity, we
also have a stock of Potassium Iodide. Potassium
Iodide is the substance used to prevent or eliminate
radiation from the body. It is a good idea to have
a stock of Potassium Iodide on hand as well as the
Oxygenator, Oregano Oil and the Quantum Silver.
10) It is also a good idea to purchase
a water distillation unit or a reverse osmosis
water purification unit. With a water distillation
unit, which is available from our company, you can
take any water source, add it to the system, and
through steam distillation kill off any microbes
or micro-organisms that might be potentially in
the water as well as any toxic chemicals that might
be in the water. In the case of a disaster, you
will have to survive, which means you will have
to take in excessive amount of water and food for
a period of time.
11) A good supply of vitamins is
advised so that you can get the minerals that you
need.
12) Another cheap way to put the minerals
in the system in case of a disaster would be to
use an organic apple cider vinegar. Make
sure the vinegar is unpasteurized and raw (Braggs,
Spectrum, Solana Gold). Place 3 tablespoons of
apple cider vinegar in one gallon of distilled water. Use
this as your drinking water. It’s a good idea to
keep a good amount of organic apple cider vinegar
on hand in your Safety Room.
13) In a worse case scenario or state
of emergency, if you are not able to get to any
water or food, you can drink your own urine.
That is in a state of emergency and if you have
no other supplies around you, you can then use urine.
14) It is also a good idea to have about
4 or 5 bottles or canisters of an easily mixed type
of food such as a Perfect Food where you
can actually get your nutrition for a period of
5 to 15 days until some of the radiation or the
biological agents have worn off.
15) The dosage on the Oxygenator, in
case of a biological attack, would be 25 drops mixed
in water or you can use the Oxygenator to purify
your water, 3 to 5 glasses daily in 4 ounces of
water.
16) Quantum Silver – 2 ounces twice
a day on an empty stomach for all family members.
17) Potassium Iodide – 2 drops 3 times
daily in purified water.
18) If you happen to be confined in
the Safety Room for a period of time you should
have some Full Spectrum bulbs to initiate
Vitamin D production in your skin and to give the
plants the sunlight they need.
19) Be knowledgeable and be aware that
you should not panic and you should know that you
do have, with these types of techniques, a very
good chance of survival if any terrorist attack
or biological warfare should occur. The chances
of a bomb with radiation exposure can easily be
fixed and radiation can easily be eliminated from
the body as well as the majority of any biological
weapons. So just know that you will be safe, in
most cases. It’s just a good idea to keep certain
things on hand.
20) Plants in your Safety Room
are a wonderful source of oxygen with a full spectrum
bulb. Plants take in the CO2 you breath and convert
it to oxygen. This will help lower the concentration
of CO2 in the room. Provided that you have electricity,
you can keep the plants stimulated or consider a
room with some sort of a window. You can have some
caulking or some sort of silicone in your safety
room to seal the glass along the window. Make sure
you put your air ionizers and photocatalytic
air purification systems close to the window
for any type of air that might seep through. Sunlight
is very important for your plants. You will also
need some sunlight as a dark room can cause Seasonal
Affective Disorder (SAD), which you do not want
to have to deal with at this point.
21) Have a TV available in your
Safe Room so that you can see what is being reported
on, when it is a safe level to go outside, what
type of a biological organisms are being used and
when it will be safe to proceed with your normal
life. Do not keep the TV on continually as it will
emit electromagnetic radiation.
22) Gather up and store your valuables (gold,
silver, etc.) and also some money that you would
like to hide in your Safe Room. Remember that this
room will be used only for temporary purposes, but
in the case of a financial crash or the banks not
being able to release money to you at that time,
at least you have some money to barter with or some
jewelry to barter with just in case you might need
to do so.
23) A cellular phone will come
in handy. If you have the resources to get a satellite
link cellular phone for emergency situations
only, then I would recommend that you purchase a
satellite link emergency phone. This will allow
you to get in touch with authorities and allow you
to get in touch with individuals who also have that
type of capability. It is also a good idea to have
a regular landline phone and Internet access as
well in your Safe Room. A mobile/police scanner
would also be a good idea. Have as many communication
devices available to you as possible.

Negative Ion Generator

Virtually all particles in the air have a positive
charge, while negative ions have a negative charge.
In which case, negative ions and particles magnetically
attract to one another. When there is a high
enough concentration of negative ions in the air,
they will attract to floating particles in large
numbers. This causes the particle to become too
heavy to remain airborne. As a result, the particle
will fall out of the air, preventing it from being
inhaled into the respiratory tract where it can
trigger breathing and health problems.
The ionized particle will then be collected by
normal cleaning activities, such as vacuuming or
dusting. If the particle happens to be kicked back
up into the air again, it will be ionized, and quickly
settled out of the air once again.

Science
A 1976 study featured in this publication provided evidence that negative

A test on male rats showed that just moderate levels of negative ions increased

chemicals.

room led to 52% less dust in the air, and 95%
less bacteria in the air (since many of the
