How Long Will It Take To Cleanse My Liver and Gallbladder?
The best results come with repetition. You will just be scratching the surface of years of accumulated toxins with only 1 liver and gallbladder cleanse. I highly recommend repeating the Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse 3 times in a row with a break of 5 to 10 days between each session.
If you do not want to perform the five day liver and gallbladder cleanse, Livatrex® can be used by itself to slowly and effectively cleanse the liver and gallbladder. This may take a lot longer but will still be effective. Just follow the maintenance instructions below. In order for you to achieve the same results of one 5-day liver and gallbladder cleanse, I estimate you would have to stay on the maintenance serving size for 3 months.

These last 3 days have been amazing. My digestive system has done a complete 180!
I am in good health, but I was having some digestive trouble (food was passing through me too quickly and only about 1/2 digested). I went to a friend doctor who checked me out and could tell right away that my gallbladder was weak. My liver was okay, but the gallbladder was weak.

I would like to tell you my story about my detox experience with Global Healing Center. In October of 2010 I went to a clinic for some training with my employer. At the clinic I was able to get blood work and an exam by a Naturopathic Physician at no charge. The Naturopathic Physician told me my gall bladder was larger than it should be and suggested that I go on a cleanse. I am 53 years old and have gone through menopause. At that time I weighed 153 lbs (and I am 5 '4"), wearing a 10/12 in clothes. After talking with Vanessa (Om Living) I decided to go on the Global Healing Center Liver Cleanse. I knew that first it was important to cleanse my colon so I did the Potassium Broth Cleanse (through Vanessa).
After I completed that I went on my liver cleanse along with the harmful organism cleanse through Global Healing Center. I stuck to the schedule as prescribed for 5 days and that night I had a great cleanse loosing many stones and even the next day too. I took 5 days off with a very mild healthy diet and taking the harmful organism cleanse (because it's a 6 week cleanse) then I did my second liver cleanse, after drinking the olive oil that night I threw up and was really sick, I lost a lot of stones too that night and the next day. I took 5 days off and did it again. This time I wasn't sick at all but I did lose a few more stones.
I gradually lost 25 lbs. and I exercise daily, I am now wearing a 4/6 in clothes. As recommended by the Global Healing site I did the detox again (6 months later). I wasn't near as sick this time but I did lose a lot of stones. This program was life changing for me. I look at food totally differently than I used to. I like the explanation about how important it is to cleanse your body just like you change the oil in your car. I wish that I wouldn't have waited 50 years to do a liver cleanse! -
Livatrex leaves me speechless.. I got at least 100 stones and they were decent sized
I am thrilled beyond belief with Livatrex... finally after all these years I had a REAL liver flush. It was better than the flushes I did 18 years ago when I was young, but back then I didn't know I needed to do several until I stopped having stones so I did not continue. Also back then I did not understand how to fuel my body so I was on the SAD diet. After many health challenges about 10 years ago I upgraded my diet to mostly organic and NO processed anything and at least 90% raw hoping that my toxicity issues would eventually resolve themselves. I realized I needed a major overhaul in the liver area so 5 or 6 years ago I did about 5 flushes back to back with not so much as 1 stone, I was so discouraged I just quit, even though I knew that not expelling stones meant that my liver was especially congested...

Not long ago I tried Livatrex along with Oxy-Powder. I have done the Oxy-Powder cleanse before and had great success in my health improvement. Some months ago I was sent a bottle of Livatrex as a special bonus with another item I had ordered. I never tried it until just recently. I tend to be quite sensitive to detox substances. I often will get typical flu like symptoms when on them so I am careful when I try them. A chiropractor suggested I do a liver cleanse. He has a preferred brand that is more expensive. I found Livatrex to be a simple, quick and effective way to cleanse my liver. I was amazed at the results at the time and even more amazed at how my life has changed a few months later. Following the meal recommendations during the liver cleanse allowed me to realize that the proper foods in the proper combinations are not only healthful, but delicious as well. I feel energized after eating, instead of sluggish. I put no effort into maintaining my optimal body weight. I don't get sick anymore (no sniffles or tummy upset). I have no bloating or pain. I love this product!
I have been using Livatrex for two months and I feel great. I have had many stomach issues; pain, bloating, constipation, etc. my entire life. I have gone to doctor after doctor and no one could find a reason why I was in pain, and bloating to the point I thought I was going to burst. They even suggested taking out my gallbladder, and they couldn't find a problem, but wanted to take it out. Of course, I did not let them do this. With Livatrex, I have no bloating or pain. What is A Healing Crisis?
This term describes a common phenomenon occurring during cleansing. You may feel worse during and after cleansing than you did before you started it. The accumulation of toxic material must be processed to be removed from the body. This process can include physical symptoms caused by these toxins as they are further metabolized or oxidized.
The most common symptoms include: fatigue, headache, minor rash, lack of mental clarity, joint or muscle ache, irritability, difficulty sleeping (or sleeping too much), or mood swings. Some people experience multiple symptoms while others have one or none. These symptoms will go away in 2 to 3 days as the body naturally expels these toxins.
What Will Come Out of Me?
Usually the first cleanse will purge over 100 liverstones and/or gallstones from the liver and gallbladder respectively. These stones can range in size from very tiny sand-like granules to the diameter of a quarter. The stones will most likely be mixed in with your fecal matter and may be difficult to distinguish. Of course, many other types of toxic material trapped in the liver, gallbladder, and intestines can exit the body and may be more difficult to identify.
How Will I Know When I’m Detoxified?
Everyone’s results differ depending on their diet, exercise patterns, and age as well as physical and emotional stress levels. The stools may continue to be loose or semi-solid due to the oxidation process from the Oxy-Powder®.
Some people will notice a foul smell in the initial stages of cleansing. Over time, there should be a noticeable decrease in foul-smelling bowel movements. A normal and healthy bowel moves in a timely manner, with the stool being lighter in color, relatively smooth, and slick in appearance.
The liver and gallbladder are never 100% clean since their intended function is to metabolize toxic and potentially toxic material. In terms of cleansing, most people require a minimum of 3 cleansing sessions followed by periodic cleanses once or twice per year for maintenance.
One of the best suggestions is to judge from the lessening of your symptoms. Many symptoms will simply resolve spontaneously after the 2nd or 3rd cleanse, while others may take 6 or 7 consecutive cleanses and require the identification and resolution of other factors, i.e. supplementation, external environment, emotional trauma, spinal/nerve damage, etc.
What is the Purpose of Livatrex®?

How Does Epsom Salt Work?

What Happens if I Feel Worse after the First Cleanse?

If you feel worse, I strongly suggest that you need to continue with the cleansing process and perform a couple more cleanses. Massage, ion footbaths and far-infrared saunas may also help to eliminate toxins from the body.
Can the Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse Harm Me in Any Way?
Hundreds of thousands of individuals have performed these and similar flushes over many years without experiencing harm. It is best to remember that every person is different and may have underlying health issues requiring a doctor’s supervision. Cleansing has a remarkable history of safety and should not cause any type of harm.
What if A Stone Becomes Lodged in My Bile Duct?
The first four days plus steps on the final day are designed to prevent this from occurring. In the very unlikely event you experience pain near the liver or right shoulder and feel that a stone may be lodged, you may repeat the dosage of Epsom salt and the olive oil/lemon juice mixture. In our experience, this has resolved the very few instances in which a person has reported that a stone may have been lodged.
How Do I Determine My Maintenance Dose of Oxy-Powder® to Help Keep My Intestines Clean?
Start with taking four (4) capsules in the evening on an empty stomach with a full 8oz glass of purified water. If you do not achieve 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day, increase the dosage by adding another two (2) capsules every night until you achieve 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day. The capsule amount that gives you 3 to 5 bowel movements per day will be your maintenance dosage. The intestines should be cleansed on a regular basis to prevent the accumulation of toxins entering into the bloodstream. To maintain proper intestinal health Oxy-Powder® can be taken 2 to 3 times weekly for general maintenance.
Additional Cleansing Recommendations
Diet: Practice a whole food diet. This means the majority of your diet should consist of fresh, organic fruits, and vegetables. This type of food contains a greater amount of oxygen, enzymes, and other nutrients without toxic pesticide residue. Also, consider purchasing organic and free-range meat and poultry whenever possible to reduce pesticide, synthetic hormone, and antibiotic contamination.
Water: Drink half your body weight in ounces per day (bodyweight in lbs/2). Drink distilled or otherwise purified water. Do not drink tap water! Evaluate the purity of the water you consume and use for any reason. Most public water contains chlorine, fluoride, and other pollutants.
Distilled water is good but over time can leach vital nutrients from your system. Adding some raw apple cider vinegar to distilled water rectifies this. Enzymes: Age, illness, poor diet, disease, heredity, and other factors can effect the production of digestive enzymes in the pancreas. In fact, it has been estimated we only have enough enzymes to break down 1 cooked meal daily for 120 years. If you currently have digestive disorders or simply want to supply your body with much-needed enzymes, we recommend Veganzyme™, a potent vegan enzyme.
Exercise: Incorporate regular exercise into your daily life. Include both aerobic exercise and strength training in your routine. Stretching exercises such as yoga or Pilates are very beneficial.
