Simply mix a tablespoon of Bragg's Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with 16 ounces of purified water. Drink at your leisure. You can also mix raw honey or agave nectar into the water to help sweeten the taste, as well as provide additional health benefits.
Undiluted oral consumption is not encouraged because Bragg's has an acid base that can erode dental enamel and lead to increased sensitivity to cold and hot liquids. It's best to use a straw when drinking and dilute the vinegar with water before consuming. Additionally, rinse your mouth after consumption.
